Establishment of Ming Yang Corp.; capital asset NT$100,000 for selling
automotive lighting components.

Ming Yang
Corp. relocated the Lu-Kang plant at Deer Port to manufacture the
metal brackets of automotive lighting equipment, and branched out the
business dept. at Tai-Chung City.

department to manufacture lens and plastic components.
